📌 Return Policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:

Item must be in the same condition you received it: unused, unworn, with original tags and packaging.

A valid reason with proof (photos or videos) must be provided for return requests.

Custom-made (as per buyer measurements), personalized items, and specific excluded items (see below) are non-returnable.

All returns must be pre-approved by our team via email. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Buyers are responsible for:

Duty, tax, and return shipping label charges

Any loss in value if the item is not returned in original condition

📌 Cancellations
We do not accept order cancellations after 12 hours of placing the order. Please review your order carefully before confirming.
📌 Colour Variation Disclaimer
Due to photography lighting, device screen resolutions, and display settings, slight colour variations may occur. These are normal and not considered defects or grounds for return/refund.
📌 Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect:

Note: As items are compactly packaged for international shipping, we recommend dry cleaning upon receipt.

📌 Exchanges
To be eligible for an exchange:

Exchange acceptance is subject to our team’s approval after reviewing the proof and conditions.
Buyers are responsible for:

📌 Duties & Taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional charges that may apply for both purchases and returns.
📌 Refunds
Duties, taxes, and shipping charges are non-refundable as these amounts are collected during transaction processing.
Once we’ve received and inspected your returned item:
