📌 Return Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be in the same condition you received it: unused, unworn, with original tags and packaging.

  • Receipt or proof of purchase is required.

  • A valid reason with proof (photos or videos) must be provided for return requests.

  • Custom-made (as per buyer measurements), personalized items, and specific excluded items (see below) are non-returnable.

  • All returns must be pre-approved by our team via email. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Buyers are responsible for:

  • Return postage costs

  • Duty, tax, and return shipping label charges

  • Any loss in value if the item is not returned in original condition

📌 Cancellations

We do not accept order cancellations after 12 hours of placing the order. Please review your order carefully before confirming.


📌 Colour Variation Disclaimer

Due to photography lighting, device screen resolutions, and display settings, slight colour variations may occur. These are normal and not considered defects or grounds for return/refund.


📌 Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect:

  • Contact us immediately with unboxing photos and videos as proof

  • We’ll evaluate the issue and resolve it accordingly

Note: As items are compactly packaged for international shipping, we recommend dry cleaning upon receipt.


📌 Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged, unless damaged or defective:

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)

  • Custom-made (as per buyer measurements)

  • Personalized items

  • Intimate items (for hygiene reasons)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Packed items (if opened)


📌 Exchanges

To be eligible for an exchange:

  • Item must be unused, with tags, and in original packaging

  • Must not be a custom-made or personalized order

  • A valid reason with proof must be provided

Exchange acceptance is subject to our team’s approval after reviewing the proof and conditions.

Buyers are responsible for:

  • All exchange-related shipping, customs, and import taxes


📌 Duties & Taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional charges that may apply for both purchases and returns.


📌 Refunds

Duties, taxes, and shipping charges are non-refundable as these amounts are collected during transaction processing.

Once we’ve received and inspected your returned item:

  • We’ll notify you of your refund status

  • If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days

  • Processing time for your bank or credit card company may vary
